Is the website really free?
Yes. There is no build fee. You commit to a 12 month care plan that covers hosting, security, updates and edits. If you leave early, there is a buyout for the build.
Does my practice need an accessible website?
If your practice receives federal funding such as Medicare or Medicaid, the HHS Section 504 rule requires WCAG 2.1 AA for your website and apps, with deadlines in May 2026 and May 2027 depending on size. Your counsel can confirm how it applies to you.
Is the website HIPAA compliant?
We keep patient information off the marketing site entirely. Anything that collects health information runs on a HIPAA-ready tool covered by a Business Associate Agreement, or goes to your existing patient portal.
Who owns the website?
You own your domain and all your content from day one. The code transfers to you at the end of the term, or you can buy it out sooner.
How long does it take?
